After 2 played minutes ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 got a freekick which was hit by Tiberiu Zburlea. 8 minutes into the match, Aurel Gorunescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magne Axelsson. Finninge Fotboll's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurel Gorunescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Vallmark to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Finninge Fotboll's zone, Aurel Gorunescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Axelsson came out of the goal and Aurel Gorunescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magne Axelsson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Leontin Cotoi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. After 23 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Cristi Boboc made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magne Axelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iosif Foltea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Aurel Gorunescu got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Åke Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Finninge Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Albin Biörk. Aurel Gorunescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Axelsson having to interfere. Iosif Foltea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Larsson in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aurel Gorunescu was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Octav Cândroveanu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Cătălin Nicolae replaced Octav Cândroveanu. After 54 played minutes Finninge Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Jakobsson. After a defensive mix-up in Finninge Fotboll's zone, Leontin Cotoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Axelsson came out of the goal and Leontin Cotoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Magne Axelsson managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Aurel Gorunescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Leontin Cotoi in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Finninge Fotboll's goalie prevented a goal. Iosif Foltea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Larsson went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leontin Cotoi got free with Magne Axelsson in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Åke Jakobsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Finninge Fotboll's Magne Axelsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Finninge Fotboll from getting a goal against them. In the 85thth minute of the game Aurel Gorunescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Finninge Fotboll's Magne Axelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 88 played minutes Finninge Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Albin Biörk. When Albin Biörk fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Finninge Fotboll's protests and gave Albin Biörk a yellow card for diving instead. Albin Biörk kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurel Gorunescu in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Axelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
