After 14 played minutes, Kwyjibo's Beremundo Armea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marlene Dietrich came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kwyjibo reached it. 17 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Rouge came free, but Lazaro Meja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garoa Esteve hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes, SILMONT's Jean-Christophe Eveno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lazaro Meja came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SILMONT reached it. In the 20th minute, Diegotxe Lope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Jean-Christophe Eveno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lazaro Meja skillfully saved the ball. Lazaro Meja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Falempin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Severino Mendana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marlene Dietrich. SILMONT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Mendana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Castulo Astete during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Urtungo Campa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marlene Dietrich was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Lazaro Meja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Falempin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bart Falempin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Lazaro Meja made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Axel Rouge managed to get in a good position for a shot. SILMONT's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Rouge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lazaro Meja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Alexis Back notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Kwyjibo's Lazaro Meja. Lazaro Meja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Mendana to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Severino Mendana. Lazaro Meja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Rouge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bart Falempin came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SILMONT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart Falempin couldn't finish the play. Garoa Esteve hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Lazaro Meja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Falempin in the 56th minute of the match. Castulo Astete was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 62 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Castulo Astete. Rayan Marx kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Kwyjibo booed when SILMONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claude Grange didn't get a good kick on the ball. SILMONT's Marlene Dietrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frantxizko Reboyras in the 71st minute of play. Urtungo Campa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Marlene Dietrich made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in SILMONT's zone, Frantxizko Reboyras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marlene Dietrich came out of the goal and Frantxizko Reboyras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Falempin in the 77th minute of play forced Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Lazaro Meja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Rouge took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lazaro Meja. Lazaro Meja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, Alexis Back notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Kwyjibo's Lazaro Meja. Lazaro Meja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Kwyjibo's Urtungo Campa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SILMONT fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kwyjibo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
