Karl-Johan Åkerström came out of the goal and Ermegildo Llanos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Thomas Mårtensson made a precise shot to the right of Ubaldo Ciceron. TALLERES's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 28th minute Philip Stenquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Ciceron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the TALLERES defense, Thomas Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Ciceron. The TALLERES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubaldo Ciceron should have stopped the shot. Aron Nordmark's late challenge caught a TALLERES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Nordmark helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pauliström's Aron Nordmark got a free kick in the 39th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gösta Danielsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, TALLERES's Ubaldo Ciceron got control of the ball when Gösta Danielsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Pauliström left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TALLERES.
