Donato Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Custódio in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the OS IMPOSSIVEIS defense, Salvador Itzaina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaká Reis. The OS IMPOSSIVEIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaká Reis should have stopped the shot. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Kaká Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save OS IMPOSSIVEIS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Argentinos Juniors getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fabian Teofilio hit a great ball. Salvador Itzaina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Cesinha Galvão's late challenge caught a Argentinos Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesinha Galvão helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Cesinha Galvão got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Kaká Reis got control of the ball when Salvador Itzaina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovânio Custódio in the 22nd minute of the match. Salvador Itzaina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Kaká Reis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of OS IMPOSSIVEIS booed when Argentinos Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Mikeldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaká Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Itzaina in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Cristiano Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Gonzo in the 61st minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Kaká Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesinha Galvão got free with Donato Ignazio in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Geovânio Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Timoteo Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentinos Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Gonzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donato Ignazio was a little too slow when Cesinha Galvão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. 78 minutes into the game, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Antônio Mazza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Ignazio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Timoteo Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kaká Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Donato Ignazio threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ezequiel Almeida, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kaká Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Itzaina in the 87th minute of the match. Donato Ignazio was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Geovânio Custódio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geovânio Custódio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 92nd match minute, OS IMPOSSIVEIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedê Guedes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Itzaina in the 94th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Kaká Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over OS IMPOSSIVEIS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Argentinos Juniors throughout the match.
