The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sebald Gillesen's late challenge caught a Los Valientes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebald Gillesen helped the player get up and apologised. Vacid Oksu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebald Gillesen in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match, Gerlach Rogatty tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vacid Oksu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Los Valientes getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mehmet Bedri Rüştü hit a great ball. After 17 minutes, Orhun Bozoğluer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Valientes and the KFC Uerdingen 05 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, one of Los Valientes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Valientes. Los Valientes:s Vacid Oksu showed great skill when he stopped Gerlach Rogatty:s penalty. 21 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goalkeeper Vacid Oksu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Rau. After 21st play minutes Sebald Gillesen shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Vacid Oksu and just under the crossbar into goal. 25 minutes into the match, Los Valientes's goal looked a bit too open when Sebald Gillesen came free, but Vacid Oksu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erdinç İkbal hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Los Valientes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Sebald Gillesen scored to the left of an out of position Vacid Oksu, making the score, 3-0. In the 35th match minute, Los Valientes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ufuk Bilgetürk to maneuver through the defense. Vacid Oksu made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Sebald Gillesen sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Sebald Gillesen got a free kick in the 44th minute.

52 minutes into the game, KFC Uerdingen 05's Robert Strerath nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vacid Oksu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Erdinç İkbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Sandkühler having to interfere. Vacid Oksu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebald Gillesen, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Vacid Oksu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebald Gillesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vacid Oksu came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Uerdingen 05's Edgar Rau. But to his dismay, Edgar Rau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 70th minute, Gerlach Rogatty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebald Gillesen in the 78th minute of play forced Los Valientes's goalkeeper Vacid Oksu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Edgar Rau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vacid Oksu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vacid Oksu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerlach Rogatty in the 85th minute of the match. Sebastian Szymanski charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Szymanski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KFC Uerdingen 05 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Sebastian Szymanski hit a great ball. The supporters of Los Valientes booed when KFC Uerdingen 05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kai Laakmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Sandkühler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şerafettin Ilgın in the 96th minute. KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
