In the 6th minute, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Renato de Queirós dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Silvério Chaves fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s protests and gave Silvério Chaves a yellow card for diving instead. Håkan Morat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 19 minutes of play, spikarna's Per-Arne Lång made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliézer Palmeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 22 played minutes Verissimo KFCH F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gerson Munhoz. Per-Arne Lång might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliézer Palmeira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Arne Lång ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Arne Lång in the 36th minute of play forced Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goalkeeper Eliézer Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliézer Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Söderqwist, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind spikarna's goalkeeper Emil Stål, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Verissimo KFCH F.C. booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Söderqwist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th match minute, Verissimo KFCH F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

52 minutes into the game, Oscar Söderqwist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. spikarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verissimo KFCH F.C. the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, spikarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Söderqwist to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, spikarna's Emil Bennet got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The tension between the spikarna and the Verissimo KFCH F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Per Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Giuseppe Pires was substituted for Dário Falcão. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Victor Gaspar was substituted for Leonel Castro. The supporters of Verissimo KFCH F.C. booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliézer Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Månsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Månsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. spikarna played a much better game than Verissimo KFCH F.C. and deserved their victory. The Verissimo KFCH F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
