Alberto Terrazas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aktan Arslanoğlu. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aktan Arslanoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Afşar Ulucan charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afşar Ulucan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes AN&KARASİPAHİLER got a freekick which was hit by Afşar Ulucan. Claus Vellon took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aktan Arslanoğlu. Aktan Arslanoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, AN&KARASİPAHİLER's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Vellon came free, but Aktan Arslanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alberto Terrazas fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chigüires De Mogadiscio's protests and gave Alberto Terrazas a yellow card for diving instead. Alberto Terrazas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Aktan Arslanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Vellon in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Abel Betoño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chigüires De Mogadiscio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Betoño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aktan Arslanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claus Vellon in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the AN&KARASİPAHİLER defense, Claus Vellon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aktan Arslanoğlu. The AN&KARASİPAHİLER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aktan Arslanoğlu should have stopped the shot. After 39 played minutes AN&KARASİPAHİLER got a freekick which was hit by Afşar Ulucan. When Birdal Bedük came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the AN&KARASİPAHİLER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birdal Bedük couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Yağız Bakanay made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in AN&KARASİPAHİLER's zone, Urritz Planes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aktan Arslanoğlu came out of the goal and Urritz Planes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aktan Arslanoğlu was a little too slow when Claus Vellon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 63rd match minute, Chigüires De Mogadiscio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Cines to maneuver through the defense. Peruanton Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sadri Bostan's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. When Afşar Ulucan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. In the 71st match minute, AN&KARASİPAHİLER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afşar Ulucan to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes Chigüires De Mogadiscio got a freekick which was hit by Fortun Amieva. Yağız Bakanay kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Claus Vellon notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of AN&KARASİPAHİLER's Aktan Arslanoğlu. Aktan Arslanoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peruanton Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sadri Bostan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The AN&KARASİPAHİLER fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chigüires De Mogadiscio were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
