The supporters of Siwox Fc booed when Squadra Demarchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Squadra Demarchi's goal looked a bit too open when Menéndez Sigorraga came free, but Oscar Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Kléber Queirós kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jaume Marsal. That made the score 5-0 in the 38 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Siwox Fc's Ángel Aguiar got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Loyola dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdón Manterola to make the kick off. Siwox Fc's Jaume Marsal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber Queirós in the 95th minute of play. Siwox Fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
