Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rama Pravita in the 3rd minute of play forced G.R.'s goalkeeper Rozen Lipsky to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th match minute, G.R. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben-Ami Amran to maneuver through the defense. Rozen Lipsky made an important save on a dangerous shot by M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin in the 9th minute. Rama Pravita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Rozen Lipsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Legimin Murtopo came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by G.R.'s Ben-Ami Amran. But to his dismay, Ben-Ami Amran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 20th minute M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rozen Lipsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. G.R.'s Rozen Lipsky proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save G.R. from getting a goal against them. Atang Rumbewas hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the game, Ben-Ami Amran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Legimin Murtopo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Bandung Tigers's zone, Reuven Speyer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Legimin Murtopo came out of the goal and Reuven Speyer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ben-Ami Amran to make the kick off. Legimin Murtopo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reuven Speyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, G.R.'s Ben-Ami Amran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Legimin Murtopo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 64th minute Ibing Tauhid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rozen Lipsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes, Atang Rumbewas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandung Tigers and the G.R. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rama Pravita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Rozen Lipsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ben-Ami Amran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zahavi Drucker hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. G.R.'s Rozen Lipsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin in the 78th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Zahavi Drucker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G.R.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandung Tigers the free kick. Rozen Lipsky came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandung Tigers's M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin. But to his dismay, M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 90 played minutes Bandung Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Herman Winar. M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. G.R. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
