The supporters of FC Mims booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílton Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amílton Reis hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Glauco Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Ubriaco in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matías Simão in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Aceto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Ubriaco in the 28th minute of play forced Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Glauco Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Amerigo La Penna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Reis. 33 minutes into the game, Ferdinando Tabacco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Mims's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elite™- FC Galácticos the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Elite™- FC Galácticos's zone, Alessio Ubriaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glauco Soeiro came out of the goal and Alessio Ubriaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute Benedito Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Aceto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedito Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Charles Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glauco Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Ansoldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, FC Mims's goalkeeper Bernardo Aceto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedito Carvalho. In the 79th minute, Mateus Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, FC Mims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Di Matteo to maneuver through the defense. Elite™- FC Galácticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Mims the free kick. The audience held their breath when Alessio Ubriaco in the 90th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Glauco Soeiro's left hand side. In the 95th match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Santos to maneuver through the defense. Glauco Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Ubriaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
