He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elite™- FC Galácticos reached it. 34 minutes into the match, Charles Vidal notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of NFC Eagles 22's Elbert Gulpen. Elbert Gulpen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when NFC Eagles 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sjef Meinders didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Elite™- FC Galácticos's Charles Vidal in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some careless play in the NFC Eagles 22 defense, João Pedro Goiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elbert Gulpen. The NFC Eagles 22 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elbert Gulpen should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when NFC Eagles 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Heijer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Elite™- FC Galácticos's Mateus Paraibano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Charles Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elbert Gulpen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
