Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) MegaFenerbahce's Ulu Oylum started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 2 minutes, Renatinho Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renatinho Braga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 4 minutes into the match, MegaFenerbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Garcia came free, but Rafet Akçiçek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafet Akçiçek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Rafet Akçiçek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Francisco Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Garcia couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the MegaFenerbahce defense, Francisco Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafet Akçiçek. The MegaFenerbahce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafet Akçiçek should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Francisco Garcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafet Akçiçek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 22 played minutes MegaFenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Abidin Kani. A collision led to Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Renatinho Braga hit a great ball. A collision led to MegaFenerbahce getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bozkurt Nurdag hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Renatinho Braga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafet Akçiçek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 40 minutes into the game, Francisco Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Rafet Akçiçek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. José Vítor de Sena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafet Akçiçek. MegaFenerbahce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 46 minutes, Bozkurt Nurdag mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MegaFenerbahce and the Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes MegaFenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Bozkurt Nurdag.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Rafet Akçiçek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renatinho Braga in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute Francisco Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafet Akçiçek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Francisco Garcia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 64th minute Francisco Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafet Akçiçek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafet Akçiçek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. 86 minutes into the match, MegaFenerbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Garcia came free, but Rafet Akçiçek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Rafet Akçiçek threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Garcia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rafet Akçiçek came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Renatinho Braga. But to his dismay, Renatinho Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. During the 96th minute of the match Bozkurt Nurdag completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bozkurt Nurdag a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to MegaFenerbahce getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Bozkurt Nurdag hit a great ball. Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
