With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sylwester Polkoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sylwester Polkoski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Ahlin went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Slawomir Czech made the kick off in the second half. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Sylwester Polkoski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Jagiellonia Bialystok from getting a goal against them.
