Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5597, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luis Ubelteso made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, C. A. Atlanta's Miguel Cordarrell got a free kick in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the game, C. A. Atlanta's Arturo Flores nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. German Lizer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Federico Martxelin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LOS MENTI's German Lizer. German Lizer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Luis Ubelteso got a free kick in the 19th minute. Braulio Berasko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Martxelin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes LOS MENTI got a freekick which was hit by Rene Naike. German Lizer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Flores's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Arturo Flores's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but German Lizer was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOS MENTI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fidel Gonsalvo was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Atlanta's players had a chance to rest. Marco Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Berasko having to interfere. A collision led to C. A. Atlanta getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fidel Gonsalvo hit a great ball. Arturo Flores's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but German Lizer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Miguel Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Berasko made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Feliberto Benino sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, C. A. Atlanta's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luis Ubelteso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Flores was the one to do the kick off. German Lizer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Flores's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Fidel Gonsalvo's late challenge caught a LOS MENTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Gonsalvo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Fidel Gonsalvo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Federico Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C. A. Atlanta's Arturo Flores was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 68th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arturo Flores hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. Atlanta's Arturo Flores slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of German Lizer. That made the score 0-5 after 73 minutes of play. In the 76th minute Luis Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Berasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Lizer made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Miguel Cordarrell sent off a good shot on target. Marco Sugoi charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Sugoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 88 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goalkeeper German Lizer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Flores. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C. A. Atlanta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
