During the 18th minute of the match Roald Fredheim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roald Fredheim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 20th minute, Ramon Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Silver Play 2's Moises Maria got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Fredrik Henden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Sollid came free, but Robustiano Jobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjetil-André Garberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Garcia in the 32nd minute of play. Ramon Garcia hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Ingar Buer. If Ramon Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oscar Sollid fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sagene IF's protests and gave Oscar Sollid a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Oscar Sollid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Fredrik Henden made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Sollid in the 59th minute of play forced Silver Play 2's goalkeeper Robustiano Jobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Ramon Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjetil-André Garberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Raimundo Ubarna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silver Play 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Ubarna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Silver Play 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Perfumo to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes, Sagene IF's Fredrik Henden shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robustiano Jobo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sagene IF reached it. Leandro Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Ramon Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silver Play 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Ramon Garcia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kjetil-André Garberg. The goal made the score 0-3.
