Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Bartolo Edwardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save QUASAR AZULGRANA from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, QUASAR AZULGRANA's Bartolo Edwardo got control of the ball when Miguel Cordarrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. C. A. Atlanta's Emiliano Hernandez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Artemio Izel in the 19 minute of the game. Emiliano Hernandez hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, Santo Atarrabi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. QUASAR AZULGRANA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Atlanta the free kick. C. A. Atlanta's Braulio Berasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Paez in the 29th minute of play. Segundo Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Berasko having to interfere. If Florencio Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Segundo Paez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Berasko having to interfere. The supporters of QUASAR AZULGRANA booed when C. A. Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Paez to make the kick off. C. A. In the 61st minute, Pascual Daunte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes QUASAR AZULGRANA got a freekick which was hit by Mario Arano. Bartolo Edwardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Flores in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to QUASAR AZULGRANA getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. When Fidel Gonsalvo fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Atlanta's protests and gave Fidel Gonsalvo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of QUASAR AZULGRANA booed when C. A.
