The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Ezkerra during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute of the match, Ewan Hughes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Blas Otsoko saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Barry Tawse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Blas Otsoko made a huge save. Blas Otsoko made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Barry Tawse sent off a good shot on target. When Vicente Ezkerra was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when Las 3R Club De Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Ezkerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Otsoko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barry Tawse in the 45th minute. Blas Otsoko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Tawse in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Ewan Hughes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Blas Otsoko. The goal made the score 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry Tawse to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Barry Tawse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Blas Otsoko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Las 3R Club De Fútbol getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Haroldo Sansone hit a great ball. When Barry Tawse came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Gavião Kyikatejê fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barry Tawse couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barry Tawse in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Otsoko saved Las 3R Club De Fútbol from getting behind. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Blas Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Tawse in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barry Tawse during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Barry Tawse hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Blas Otsoko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavião Kyikatejê's Max Gilespie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Gavião Kyikatejê from getting a goal against them. Inocencio Dunixi's late challenge caught a Gavião Kyikatejê's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inocencio Dunixi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Inocencio Dunixi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Gavião Kyikatejê's Max Gilespie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Dunixi in the 96th minute of play. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
