Spectators: 7006 (Terracing: 5280, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 2) Sagene IF's Fredrik Henden started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Braulio Berasko came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Sagene IF's Fredrik Henden. But to his dismay, Fredrik Henden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arturo Flores had several of the Sagene IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Kjetil-André Garberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 11th minute of the match Nicasio Primeiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjetil-André Garberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Boniel during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Teodoro Boniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjetil-André Garberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Flores in the 17th minute. C. A. Atlanta's Braulio Berasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Henden in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristian Bartnes in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Berasko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, C. A. Atlanta's Arturo Flores got a free kick in the 28th minute. Braulio Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Henden in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Sagene IF's Kjetil-André Garberg got control of the ball when Miguel Cordarrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjetil-André Garberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fidel Gonsalvo. Arturo Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Kjetil-André Garberg made a huge save. 46 minutes into the game, Fredrik Henden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sagene IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Atlanta the free kick.

Kjetil-André Garberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Flores went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bjørn Søfteland hit a great ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Arturo Flores who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagene IF's Kjetil-André Garberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 69 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan Hjelseth. After 70 played minutes, C. A. Atlanta's Fidel Gonsalvo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kjetil-André Garberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C. A. Atlanta reached it. Fredrik Henden scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braulio Berasko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Sagene IF's Jan Hjelseth got a free kick in the 86th minute.
