After 8 minutes, Baldomero Sadurni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Temperley and the Rage F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club Atlético Temperley getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Baldomero Sadurni hit a great ball. Claudio Frances didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pierre Painevilu went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the match, Rage F.C.'s goalkeeper Rómulo Jara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Vincente. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Vincente got free with Rómulo Jara in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Lallane in the 21st minute of play forced Club Atlético Temperley's goalkeeper Claudio Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rage F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mark Vivar hit a great ball. Francisco Vincente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Rómulo Jara made a huge save. Filomeno Lallane scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Frances, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rómulo Jara made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Francisco Vincente sent off a good shot on target. Pierre Painevilu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Claudio Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Vivar in the 38th minute of play. The Club Atlético Temperley players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rage F.C. were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filomeno Lallane stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rómulo Jara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Abeitia hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Club Atlético Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Corderun to maneuver through the defense. Florín Hoefler kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Rage F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Abeitia came free, but Rómulo Jara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Filomeno Lallane took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Claudio Frances to make any attempt to save it. 74 minutes into the match, Lisandro Abeitia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rómulo Jara. Rage F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Abeitia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to Club Atlético Temperley getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Francisco Vincente hit a great ball. Mark Vivar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Atlético Temperley booed when Rage F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Rioseco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Braulio Vito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rómulo Jara was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 85 played minutes Club Atlético Temperley got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Vincente. Rómulo Jara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Tanausu Zunino made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mark Vivar however managed to control. Chants of Rage F.C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Club Atlético Temperley had held the ball for most of the match.
