Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andres Sayvion started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Tabossi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Roldan to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Eyague recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Americo Firmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argentinean Patriots 1816's Jimeno Claus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Firme in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match, Andres Sayvion tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Omar Paul saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tabossi's Omar Paul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Sayvion in the 40th minute of play. Andres Sayvion in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Omar Paul, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Tabossi's Nicasio Firme in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Argentinean Patriots 1816's zone, Everardo Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Claus came out of the goal and Everardo Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Firme to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Alfredo Ugutz suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Americo Firmin's late challenge caught a Argentinean Patriots 1816's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Americo Firmin helped the player get up and apologised. Argentinean Patriots 1816 made a substitution. Silvano Eliazar replaced Alfredo Ugutz. Americo Firmin hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tabossi's goalkeeper Omar Paul, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Omar Paul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Sayvion in the 57th minute of play. When Freddy Gonza fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabossi's protests and gave Freddy Gonza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tabossi's Freddy Gonza got a free kick in the 58th minute. Tabossi's Freddy Gonza got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Freddy Gonza off the ground. Argentinean Patriots 1816's Tomás Mundo was substituted for Mariano Eyague. After 73 minutes of play, Argentinean Patriots 1816's Andres Sayvion made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Paul was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Paul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Sayvion went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Virgilio Urbasa hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Argentinean Patriots 1816 had played much better football throughout.
