The supporters of Leeds United FC booed when Argentinean Patriots 1816 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Leeds United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the match, Aaron Kvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Argentinean Patriots 1816's Jimeno Claus. Jimeno Claus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jimeno Claus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gordon Strachan in the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Aaron Kvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Claus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Claus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kennet Bergqvist went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Leeds United FC's Lennart Grubb got a free kick in the 29th minute. Elliott Levander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Sayvion in the 33rd minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Fernandes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Argentinean Patriots 1816's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leeds United FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Argentinean Patriots 1816 got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Fernandes. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 52nd minute, Andres Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Jimeno Claus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 68 minutes, Alvaro Bartoli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argentinean Patriots 1816 and the Leeds United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Argentinean Patriots 1816 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alvaro Bartoli hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Andres Sayvion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Claus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aaron Kvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 74 minute of play. Lennart Grubb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Argentinean Patriots 1816's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Kvist came free, but Jimeno Claus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes of play Argentinean Patriots 1816's Alvaro Bartoli was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lennart Grubb hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Argentinean Patriots 1816 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Leeds United FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Leeds United FC.
