Tabossi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 13th minute, Tabossi's Nicasio Firme dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Henri-Xavier Verengen made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Americo Firmin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Portus Ganda getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Lennert Dirickx hit a great ball. In the 30th match minute, Tabossi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Kiliz to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Cefero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Henri-Xavier Verengen made a huge save. After 37 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Danny Spoelberchs. After some careless play in the Portus Ganda defense, Americo Firmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henri-Xavier Verengen. The Portus Ganda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henri-Xavier Verengen should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Nicasio Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sammy Kempenaers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henri-Xavier Verengen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Firmin in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 minutes of play, Tabossi's Americo Firmin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henri-Xavier Verengen was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee gave Portus Ganda a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Danny Spoelberchs, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tabossi's Omar Paul. 4-1. Ladislao Kiliz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Omar Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sammy Kempenaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Everardo Ixidor made a precise shot to the right of Henri-Xavier Verengen. Portus Ganda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Kindt during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Portus Ganda! In the 90th match minute, Portus Ganda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sammy Kempenaers to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Luckas Van der Perren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portus Ganda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tabossi the free kick. Henri-Xavier Verengen went to the wrong direction when Everardo Ixidor was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 101 minutes into the match, Tabossi's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Kempenaers came free, but Omar Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portus Ganda's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
