In the 3rd match minute, Rayland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Raireta to maneuver through the defense. Erauso Septiem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Boni in the 4th minute of play. Hermelando Berraondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Rayland FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gaston Raireta hit a great ball. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Angelino Boni got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rayland FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Nahia Alfonso hit a great ball. Erauso Septiem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelino Boni got free with Erauso Septiem in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Albino Mikeldi hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the game, Beltxe Gainza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rayland FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAC Belgrano de Cba the free kick. Beltxe Gainza kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Rayland FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Nahia Alfonso hit a great ball. Rayland FC's Erauso Septiem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Boni in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute Ray Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Miguel Presebal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BAC Belgrano de Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Presebal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Musko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erauso Septiem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Ivan Errolan lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 47 minutes into the game, one of BAC Belgrano de Cba:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. BAC Belgrano de Cba:s Baldomero Gelmiro showed great skill when he stopped Ray Peña:s penalty. After some careless play in the BAC Belgrano de Cba defense, Ray Peña kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomero Gelmiro. The BAC Belgrano de Cba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomero Gelmiro should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Ray Peña took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Baldomero Gelmiro to make any attempt to save it. In the 58th minute Teofilo Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Damian Fanuco fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BAC Belgrano de Cba's protests and gave Damian Fanuco a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Damian Fanuco. Ray Peña's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Baldomero Gelmiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 70 played minutes Rayland FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Sanchez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Boni in the 71st minute of play forced Rayland FC's goalkeeper Erauso Septiem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Hermelando Berraondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nahia Alfonso's late challenge caught a BAC Belgrano de Cba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nahia Alfonso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rayland FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nahia Alfonso hit a great ball. If Paolo Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ray Peña got free with Baldomero Gelmiro in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
