The supporters of Reac Futebol Clube booed when Carpasús FC - FDC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Ozores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Gustavo de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Täpäl Arco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carpasús FC - FDC's Täpäl Arco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Carpasús FC - FDC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Täpäl Arco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. João Francisco de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Nardo Perera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hortêncio Madureira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Hortêncio Madureira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Täpäl Arco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reac Futebol Clube were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
