After 4 played minutes Vlashers got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Cara. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when Vlashers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moise Zăraşcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vlashers's goalkeeper Narcis Popete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Vlashers getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Aristide Burdulea hit a great ball. Manuel Bojonca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Cara in the 11th minute of the match. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Gigi Trifănucă got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinu Olteanu during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dinu Olteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Vlad Bitang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Manuel Bojonca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Milcoveanu hit a great ball. Narcis Popete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Milcoveanu in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Milcoveanu in the 31st minute of play forced Vlashers's goalkeeper Narcis Popete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Bojonca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vlad Bitang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Bojonca having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shefki Vladavić made a kick off. Aron Milcoveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Narcis Popete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Gigi Trifănucă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Popete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vlashers getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Vlad Bitang hit a great ball. After 59 played minutes Vlashers got a freekick which was hit by Moise Zăraşcu. Cornel Levința scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narcis Popete, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gigi Trifănucă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Popete having to interfere. Gigi Trifănucă's late challenge caught a Vlashers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gigi Trifănucă helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vlashers booed when LIVIUS UNITED MLS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. The crowd rose to their feet as Dacian Cara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manuel Bojonca. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Dacian Cara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Manuel Bojonca made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dacian Cara got free with Manuel Bojonca in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vlashers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
