Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Curtis Mckinnes started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Kyle Deal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvino Galnares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Salud y República booed when Frenchville Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Lascelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frenchville Sports Club were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Salud y República's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evan Millar took the corner. After taking down the ball on Frenchville Sports Club's corner Evan Millar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alvino Galnares quite easily take care of the ball. Alvino Galnares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curtis Mckinnes in the 33rd minute of the match. Osoro Raya hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Adulfo Teresa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Edward Magrath to make any attempt to save it. In the 42nd minute, Richard Nunn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Evan Millar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Salud y República's Alvino Galnares didn't even have to move. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andoitz Talavera to make the kick off. Salud y República's Alvino Galnares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Mckinnes in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Frenchville Sports Club defense, Adulfo Teresa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Magrath. The Frenchville Sports Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Magrath should have stopped the shot. After 64 played minutes Salud y República got a freekick which was hit by Adulfo Teresa. In the 67th minute, Andoitz Talavera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salud y República fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uriel Solo during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Curtis Mckinnes's late challenge caught a Salud y República's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Curtis Mckinnes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Frenchville Sports Club getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Curtis Mckinnes hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Salud y República got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Solo. In the 80th minute, Siro Pascual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Magrath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andoitz Talavera in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osoro Raya to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Alvino Galnares managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Frenchville Sports Club's Curtis Mckinnes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Salud y República getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Osoro Raya hit a great ball. Salud y República's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
