The referee showed Sydney Loureiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Inter de Melão getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Sydney Loureiro hit a great ball. With 37 minutes on the clock, Marcelinho Mineiro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 38th match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Mineiro to maneuver through the defense.
