In the last second Radomil Zbikowski throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nistor Iftimescu in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Mauro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Costică Dindelegan scored to the left of an out of position Radomil Zbikowski, making the score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Remigiusz Kaczorowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Kaczorowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Greavu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nistor Iftimescu was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Mauro's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Iftimescu came free, but Radomil Zbikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafał Wern got free with Remus Greavu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Dănilă. Remus Greavu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafał Wern in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Mauro's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Iftimescu came free, but Radomil Zbikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Greavu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Adamczak in the 73rd minute of play. Ivan Dănilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Rafał Wern cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Remus Greavu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th match minute, Club Vertigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Stolnicu to maneuver through the defense. Rafał Wern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Remus Greavu made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mauro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
