Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Aurre Belorado made the kick off and thus started the match. Aurre Belorado scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izak Capellemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute, German Canado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Izak Capellemans. The goal made the score 2-0. Izak Capellemans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurre Belorado in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mancio Rapela during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lions United booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caaguazu made a substitution. Gartzea Arvelo replaced Dagoberto Alcalde. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harrie Diependaele to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Aurre Belorado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Izak Capellemans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Basiel Caspers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Caaguazu's Baiardo Combarros got control of the ball when Basiel Caspers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caaguazu's Baiardo Combarros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Caaguazu from getting a goal against them. Caaguazu's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
