Spectators: 7546 (Terracing: 5661, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Walmyr Proença got the match started through his kick off. Siro Cordarrol came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Reko-Recko 03™'s Carlos dos Santos. But to his dismay, Carlos dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Anier Elazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maurinho Lima. Anier Elazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Proença to maneuver through the defense. Maurinho Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pól Caniggia in the 23rd minute of play. After 27 minutes, Cleiton Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reko-Recko 03™ and the El coca fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. 29 minutes into the game, Benedito Severo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reko-Recko 03™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El coca fc the free kick. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Benedito Severo hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match Urbano Bertran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maurinho Lima skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pól Caniggia got free with Maurinho Lima in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maurinho Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pól Caniggia in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pól Caniggia in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurinho Lima saved Reko-Recko 03™ from getting behind. 41 minutes into the game, Celestino Pio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maurinho Lima. Celestino Pio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pól Caniggia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Reko-Recko 03™ got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Proença. When Zézinho Paraense fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reko-Recko 03™'s protests and gave Zézinho Paraense a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Reko-Recko 03™'s Zézinho Paraense got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of El coca fc booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Lobo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maurinho Lima. Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 68th match minute, El coca fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Pio to maneuver through the defense. Benedito Severo came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Siro Cordarrol could save by the left post. Maurinho Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pól Caniggia in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Walmyr Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pól Caniggia in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurinho Lima saved Reko-Recko 03™ from getting behind. After 86 played minutes Reko-Recko 03™ got a freekick which was hit by Carlos dos Santos. 89 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Pól Caniggia came free, but Maurinho Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Camilo Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes of play Reko-Recko 03™'s Cleiton Valle was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Reko-Recko 03™'s Cleiton Valle got a free kick in the 95th minute. El coca fc were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Reko-Recko 03™ for a fine match.
