Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Leones FC's Ponce Perero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ponce Perero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henrik Langholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponce Perero in the 7th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Ponce Perero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Henrik Langholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Leones FC's Ponce Perero in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saga TF's goalie prevented a goal. Edvin Hodneland hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Henrik Langholm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ponce Perero's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Hondo Linares. If Alf-Inge Kruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ponce Perero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henrik Langholm firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Leones FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Leones FC's Ponce Perero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Saga TF's Alf-Inge Kruse got a free kick in the 38th minute. With a little luck, Saga TF's Henrik Langholm got control of the ball when Nicollao Ovies tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 43 in the game by Ponce Perero from a close distance when the talented Henrik Langholm managed to make a qualified save. Saga TF's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Alf-Inge Kruse made the kick off in the second half. Hector Uranga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf-Inge Kruse in the 54th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ponce Perero in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrik Langholm saved Saga TF from getting behind. Guillelmus Tendiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Ponce Perero came free, but Henrik Langholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ponce Perero in the 65th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Henrik Langholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ponce Perero in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrik Langholm saved Saga TF from getting behind. Henrik Langholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurino Estades in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Simon Maseda got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Hondo Linares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saga TF the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hondo Linares to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Nicollao Ovies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Langholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Espen Rishaug hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Guillelmus Tendiero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henrik Langholm. Saga TF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicollao Ovies scored 2-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Langholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Crescencio Mendiguren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match, Alf-Inge Kruse tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hector Uranga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Filip Østgaard in the 95th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Hector Uranga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute Nicollao Ovies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Langholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
