A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Simon Maseda hit a great ball. Fabinho Arruda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicollao Ovies went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 10th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Maseda to maneuver through the defense. Hector Uranga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Leones FC defense, Fabrício Godoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Uranga. The Leones FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Uranga should have stopped the shot. Fabinho Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillelmus Tendiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernani Custódio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Guillelmus Tendiero came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Leones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillelmus Tendiero couldn't finish the play. Fabinho Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillelmus Tendiero in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Leones FC's Nicollao Ovies slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabinho Arruda. That made the score 2-1 after 37 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Maurino Estades lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. With a little luck, Leones FC's Hector Uranga got control of the ball when Magno Prado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Edmundo Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Nicollao Ovies sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabinho Arruda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicollao Ovies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicollao Ovies hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match, Fabrício Godoi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hector Uranga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Guillelmus Tendiero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillelmus Tendiero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabinho Arruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Fabrício Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Uranga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waldir Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Uranga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Souza in the 95th minute of the match. Leones FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
