Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Murilo Mazza started the match with the kick off. Pindorama were furious when Fabrício Arce was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pindorama fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! The excitement rose when Barrenta SC's Murilo Mazza after 14 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Pindorama's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-1. Dida Silva came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Murilo Mazza. But to his dismay, Murilo Mazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 24th minute, Raúl de Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elói de Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Pindorama's José Vítor Brasil in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrenta SC's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when José Vítor Brasil came free, but Elói de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Caio Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pindorama's José Vítor Brasil got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If José Vítor Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pindorama's Dida Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Lara in the 45th minute of play. Dida Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Pindorama players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrenta SC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when José Vítor Brasil made the kick off in the second half. Murilo Mazza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Silva having to make a save. 53 minutes into the game, Raúl de Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pindorama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrenta SC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pindorama's Raúl de Brito got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Pindorama's Dida Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pindorama from getting a goal against them. José Vítor Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Dieguinho Brodel charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dieguinho Brodel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pindorama's Dieguinho Brodel got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Naldo Oliveira hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Dida Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Felipe Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Silva having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Aírton Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pindorama's Dida Silva got control of the ball when Caio Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match, Felipe Lara tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dida Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Michel Barral hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Pindorama's Davi Luis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barrenta SC. Dida Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Quadros in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Pindorama got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Brodel. Dida Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Dida Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Lara in the 93rd minute of play. Dida Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Barrenta SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pindorama.
