The referee ignored EL CERVECERO F.C.'s protests and gave Christian Sanduru a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Christian Sanduru got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Roque Cordarryl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xabier Frick was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 12 played minutes EL CERVECERO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Patxi. 16 minutes into the game, Ismael Armenta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jorge Pelayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quintán León during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute, Quintán León hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xabier Frick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Aragones in the 22nd minute of play. Dante Puertocarrero kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Lautaro L.P.'s Xabier Frick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Dimo in the 24th minute of play. Jorge Pelayo made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ismael Armenta sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Lautaro L.P.'s Dante Puertocarrero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jorge Pelayo. Jorge Pelayo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Jorge Pelayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save EL CERVECERO F.C. from getting a goal against them. Ismael Armentas short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Jorge Pelayo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 36 minutes into the match, Dante Puertocarrero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Pelayo, 3-1. Juan Jose Navarro scored 4-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Pelayo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, EL CERVECERO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Armenta came free, but Jorge Pelayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justo Dimo made a kick off. Lautaro L.P. were furious when Carlos Hernán Manosalva was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Lautaro L.P.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of EL CERVECERO F.C.:s goal. The referee gave EL CERVECERO F.C. a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luisito Aragones, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lautaro L.P.'s Xabier Frick. 5-2. Jorge Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Jose Navarro in the 64th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Lautaro L.P.'s Pol Botero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Pelayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. When Juan Jose Navarro came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Lautaro L.P. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Jose Navarro couldn't finish the play. In the 79thth minute of the game Juan Jose Navarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Jorge Pelayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Jorge Pelayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pol Botero in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Ismael Armenta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Pelayo. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Armenta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Lautaro L.P.'s Pol Botero got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to EL CERVECERO F.C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Arnoldo Estavan hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Juan Jose Navarro in the 91st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 96 minutes, Ismael Armenta made it 8-2 with a short kick to the right side. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Jorge Pelayo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lautaro L.P. fully deserved thier win.
