Elpidio Udalaitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sylwester Poling came out and tried to block the shot, but Elpidio Udalaitz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. With 29 minutes on the clock, Lukasz Chazen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Aragones in the 31st minute of play forced Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalkeeper Sylwester Poling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luisito Aragones who took care of the corner kick. Jorge Pelayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lech Rzentkowski went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Donato Ireno hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Sylwester Poling made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Luisito Aragones sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lech Rzentkowski to make the kick off. In the 56th match minute, EL CERVECERO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sanduru to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Lech Rzentkowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Pelayo, 1-2.
