An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Thedin in the 9th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Viggo Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Sven-Ove Thedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Sven-Ove Thedin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ghost Hunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Ove Thedin couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute Kenny Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Ove Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Adelsköld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Stig-Ove Lindqvist made a huge save. Viggo Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Thedin in the 29th minute of the match. Stig-Ove Lindqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Nyström in the 34th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Ove Thedin was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Tallboda Gunners's Kenny Käller made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig-Ove Lindqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Sven-Ove Thedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viggo Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Käller to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Ove Thedin got free with Viggo Martinsson in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Tallboda Gunners's Kenny Käller got a free kick in the 65th minute. Tallboda Gunners's Viggo Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Tallboda Gunners from getting a goal against them. After 73 minutes, Henning Matsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tallboda Gunners and the Ghost Hunters players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tallboda Gunners getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Henning Matsson hit a great ball. Sixten Julin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ghost Hunters's Sven-Ove Thedin in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Per Wikander took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig-Ove Lindqvist. Stig-Ove Lindqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tallboda Gunners had won after a very even match.
