Hermengildo Acosta struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Melkior Fausbæk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Supay Puka Huasi FC. After a rather tough play, Supay Puka Huasi FC's Cesar Dimas got a free kick in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Hermengildo Acosta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Melkior Fausbæk to make any attempt to save it. When Jesper Frænde came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the The Potters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Frænde couldn't finish the play. If Jesper Frænde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Acosta succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 43rd playminute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthias Donhof was the one to do the kick off. The Potters's Jozef Slet shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anacleto Perez but with some difficulty. In the 90th minute Matthias Donhof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes, Supay Puka Huasi FC's Cesar Dimas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Melkior Fausbæk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Supay Puka Huasi FC reached it. The Supay Puka Huasi FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
