Ghost Hunters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tallboda Gunners the free kick. Niklas Ivarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Tallboda Gunners booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timmy Wester didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute Gustaf Lilja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Ove Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sven-Ove Thedin fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ghost Hunters's protests and gave Sven-Ove Thedin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ghost Hunters's Sven-Ove Thedin got a free kick in the 12th minute. Christian Vikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Stig-Ove Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Wikander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sven-Ove Thedin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Ghost Hunters's Stig-Ove Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Vikström in the 31st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Christian Vikström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig-Ove Lindqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Ghost Hunters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tallboda Gunners were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Ove Thedin to strike the kick off in the second half. Ghost Hunters's Sven-Ove Thedin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Vikström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stig-Ove Lindqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Vikström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 57th minute. Stig-Ove Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Vikström in the 60th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tallboda Gunners's Olov Olsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Herbert Larsfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes, Ghost Hunters's Sixten Julin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per Wikander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ghost Hunters reached it. Stig-Ove Lindqvist made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Gustaf Lilja sent off a good shot on target. Kenny Käller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Stig-Ove Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Allan Lidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenny Käller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Tallboda Gunners left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ghost Hunters.
