The referee showed Anderson Guerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hagmoren BK booed when Capivara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sven-Åke Fransson fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hagmoren BK's protests and gave Sven-Åke Fransson a yellow card for diving instead. Sven-Åke Fransson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Vilhelm Käller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Francisco Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Capivara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Negri to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guto Bastos during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hans Persson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amauri Sampaio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 22 played minutes Hagmoren BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Fransson. The supporters of Hagmoren BK booed when Capivara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Capivara FC's João Francisco Viana got control of the ball when Vilhelm Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hans Persson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Leal in the 34th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Käller was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Leal in the 53rd minute of play forced Hagmoren BK's goalkeeper Hans Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hagmoren BK's zone, Edvaldo Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Persson came out of the goal and Edvaldo Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilhelm Käller in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Francisco Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute Guto Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Edvaldo Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capivara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Leal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Hagmoren BK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Folke Lövgren hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Amauri Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Francisco Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Käller in the 67th minute of the match. After 67 minutes, Amauri Sampaio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capivara FC and the Hagmoren BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when Hagmoren BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Persson made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Edvaldo Leal sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute, Vilhelm Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hagmoren BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Edvaldo Leal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Hans Persson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Hagmoren BK's Hjalmar Gudmundsson got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Edvaldo Leal scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Hans Persson who was too lazy, 1-3. Hagmoren BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Augusto Lopez scored to the left of an out of position Hans Persson, making the score, 1-4. After a rather tough play, Capivara FC's Guto Bastos got a free kick in the 90th minute. Hagmoren BK's Hans Persson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Hagmoren BK from getting a goal against them. Hans Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Bastos in the 96th minute of play.
