With 7 minutes on the clock, Jeronimo Montrelle commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of CA Trapito:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sjötorp IF:s goal. Kenny Asserlindh placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a rather tough play, CA Trapito's Erasmo Guillelmus got a free kick in the 15th minute. Benedicto Eli made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Torbjörn Sjöberg sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Ström in the 21st minute of play forced CA Trapito's goalkeeper Benedicto Eli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Eli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by Rune Hedvall. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sjötorp IF's goalkeeper Sören Molin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. George Ström struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Benedicto Eli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjötorp IF. If Orlando Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes, Torbjörn Sjöberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sjötorp IF and the CA Trapito players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Mattin was the one to do the kick off. Benedicto Eli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Sjöberg went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Erasmo Guillelmus charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Guillelmus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CA Trapito getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. CA Trapito's Benedicto Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Sjöberg in the 65th minute of play. Sören Molin was a little too slow when Aquilino Mattin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 3-1. 77 minutes into the match, Leonardo Sjöberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedicto Eli. CA Trapito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Sjöberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 81st minute Aquilino Mattin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Molin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, George Ström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sjötorp IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Trapito the free kick. After 82 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by George Ström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Sjöberg in the 87th minute of play forced CA Trapito's goalkeeper Benedicto Eli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the CA Trapito defense, George Ström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Eli. The CA Trapito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Eli should have stopped the shot. Benedicto Eli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Sjötorp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Mattin came free, but Sören Molin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Trapito's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
