After 13 played minutes ROSÁRIO SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Sanches. In the 14th minute of the match, Aldo Etxatxu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Horácio da Cunha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pablo Ubendu came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Tales Alagoano. But to his dismay, Tales Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Aldo Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Mattin in the 23rd minute of play forced ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalkeeper Horácio da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Gil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Horácio da Cunha made a huge save. In the 27th minute, Manoel Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ROSÁRIO SPORT getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Pedrão Porto hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Aldo Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Valhalla Time defense, Tales Alagoano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Ubendu. The Valhalla Time fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Ubendu should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Valhalla Time's Aldo Etxatxu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horácio da Cunha. That made the score 1-2 after 42 minutes of play. Robustiano Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Valhalla Time getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ciro Crescencio hit a great ball. Pablo Ubendu made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Tales Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. Alex Fantini hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Lino Zonta took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pablo Ubendu. Pablo Ubendu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Robustiano Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio da Cunha having to interfere. Pablo Ubendu was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Dagoberto Sanches capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dagoberto Sanches really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Pablo Ubendu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Zonta in the 83rd minute. Horácio da Cunha came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Valhalla Time's Blas Cordarryl. But to his dismay, Blas Cordarryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Horácio da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Etxatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ROSÁRIO SPORT had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
