Tirense F.C.'s Norberto Marinho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Valhalla Time. After a rather tough play, Tirense F.C.'s Alberto Abraão got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Blas Cordarryl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Antônio Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Antônio Dantas's late challenge caught a Valhalla Time's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antônio Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tirense F.C.'s Antônio Dantas got a free kick in the 15th minute. Robustiano Mattin struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jonas Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valhalla Time. After 20 played minutes Tirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Dantas. Robustiano Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Jonas Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tirense F.C.'s Antônio Dantas got a free kick in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Cordarryl in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Correia saved Tirense F.C. from getting behind. If Willian Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tirense F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robustiano Mattin was slow to take the kick. During this time Valhalla Time's players had a chance to rest. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Willian Cunha was the one to do the kick off. Willian Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute of the match, Blas Cordarryl tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonas Correia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valhalla Time's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Etxatxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the game, Aldo Etxatxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonas Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonas Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Mattin in the 95th minute.
