The Tirense F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Antônio Dantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Alfredo Tornese made a huge save. When Demetrio Giorgi fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fiume Veneto's protests and gave Demetrio Giorgi a yellow card for diving instead. Demetrio Giorgi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match, Alberto Abraão tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alfredo Tornese saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 36th minute Luisão Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Tornese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Tirense F.C.'s Alberto Abraão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfredo Tornese. Alfredo Tornese yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. After 47 played minutes Fiume Veneto got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Mastrangelo. 48 minutes into the match, Fiume Veneto's goalkeeper Alfredo Tornese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Dantas.

Alfredo Tornese was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute Antônio Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Tornese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Tornese didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tirense F.C.. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisão Severo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Tornese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tirense F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
