Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Tiago Ortiz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Marquez came free, but Dorian Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorian Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Azevedo in the 7th minute of play. Dorian Catarinense came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandeca FC's Tiago Ortiz. But to his dismay, Tiago Ortiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Bandeca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Netto came free, but Kléberson Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Luan Pontes hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Bandeca FC got a corner. Microsoft Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Flávio Arósio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bandeca FC's Flávio Arósio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dorian Catarinense in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dorian Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Waldir Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Miguel Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kléberson Soeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 30 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Peixoto. Flávio Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Bandeca FC's Caetano Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Catarinense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Dorian Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Marquez in the 39th minute of play forced Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Dorian Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Cauã Vinhas. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Eduardo Netto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luiz Eduardo Netto hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Kléberson Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Eduardo Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Alfredo Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bandeca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Microsoft Team the free kick. A collision led to Bandeca FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alfredo Magalhães hit a great ball. When Luiz Eduardo Netto came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Microsoft Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Eduardo Netto couldn't finish the play. Bandeca FC made a substitution. Umberto Rosa replaced Alfredo Magalhães. In the 59th minute, Miguel Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kléberson Soeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 66 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Marquez came free, but Dorian Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luan Pontes's late challenge caught a Bandeca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luan Pontes helped the player get up and apologised. Luan Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Luiz Eduardo Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bandeca FC's Kléberson Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 81st minute of play. Raphael Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Pinheiro. After a rather tough play, Microsoft Team's Rubinho Furtado got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 93rd minute of play forced Bandeca FC's goalkeeper Kléberson Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes, Marco Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandeca FC and the Microsoft Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Marco Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
