The supporters of Qijua F.C booed when Microsoft Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Microsoft Team's Luiz Eduardo Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Microsoft Team's Luiz Eduardo Netto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hélio de Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Microsoft Team's Luiz Eduardo Netto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hélio de Castro. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. Microsoft Team's Bernardinho Peixoto shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 47th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hélio de Castro but with some difficulty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Eduardo Netto made a kick off. Luiz Eduardo Netto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hélio de Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Miguel Lopes hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Miguel Lopes took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélio de Castro. Luan Pontes's late challenge caught a Qijua F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luan Pontes helped the player get up and apologised. Luan Pontes hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
