In the 12th minute, Waldir Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Karamba defense, Fernando Banders kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zigmas Mikutavičius. The FC Karamba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zigmas Mikutavičius should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Bandeca FC's Tiago Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zigmas Mikutavičius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A collision led to Bandeca FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Waldir Marquez hit a great ball. Tiago Ortiz's late challenge caught a FC Karamba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiago Ortiz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Tiago Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Tiago Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karamba's Zigmas Mikutavičius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zigmas Mikutavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Ortiz in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Caetano Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandeca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zigmas Mikutavičius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Ortiz came free, but Zigmas Mikutavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ąžuolas Paškūnas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Flávio Arósio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zigmas Mikutavičius showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Bandeca FC's Marco Soares got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Linas Matukaitis made the kick off in the second half. Tiago Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bandeca FC made a substitution. Luiz Gustavo Couto replaced Caetano Azevedo. Zigmas Mikutavičius was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Waldir Marquez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Waldir Marquez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 65th match minute, FC Karamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvydas Ačas to maneuver through the defense. Zigmas Mikutavičius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Ortiz in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Karamba's Arnoldas Makelevičius got a free kick in the 67th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Márcio de Salles put in a rough tackle. After 79 played minutes, FC Karamba's Saulius Vaineikis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kléberson Soeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Karamba reached it. Zigmas Mikutavičius was a little too slow when Tiago Ortiz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-6. Luiz Gustavo Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Bandeca FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Karamba.
