Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Qijua F.C's Thiago Britto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Lisandro Aresti quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Elói Arantes, made in the 10th minute of the game. In the 20th minute, Thiago Britto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Higinio Gonzales. The goal made the score 1-0. Hélio de Castro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Juvenal's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Aureliano Javiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elói Arantes made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Hernan Raitin. When Romulo Juvenal came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Juvenal couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Romulo Juvenal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Hélio de Castro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Juvenal's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Romulo Juvenal sped through Qijua F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hélio de Castro.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romulo Juvenal to strike the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Javiero's late challenge caught a Qijua F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aureliano Javiero helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Javiero. Romulo Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio de Castro having to interfere. Hélio de Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Juvenal in the 60th minute. After 65 played minutes BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Juvenal. Romulo Juvenal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 74 in the game by Romulo Juvenal from a close distance when the talented Hélio de Castro managed to make a qualified save. Qijua F.C's players were relieved. Romulo Juvenal in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hélio de Castro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Qijua F.C's Hélio de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Juvenal in the 86th minute of play. Higinio Gonzales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Dante in the 91st minute of play. Thiago Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Higinio Gonzales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
