Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bazil Aballe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Honorio Abastas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Meireles went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The Octavia fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Octavia's Bazil Aballe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Osoro Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celsinho Xavier's late challenge caught a Octavia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celsinho Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. Celsinho Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Octavia booed when Fala Sério FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Euloxu Abancens got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Belasko Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Octavia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When Euloxu Abancens came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Octavia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Euloxu Abancens couldn't finish the play. Rubens Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bazil Aballe in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Osoro Abalos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Rubens Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rubens Arósio came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Octavia's Bazil Aballe. But to his dismay, Bazil Aballe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celsinho Xavier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Fala Sério FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. When Afonso Pitta came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Fala Sério FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso Pitta couldn't finish the play. If Bazil Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Fala Sério FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Velasco. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Abechuco during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Herminio Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Fala Sério FC's Celsinho Xavier got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Celsinho Xavier off the ground. After 76 played minutes Fala Sério FC got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Xavier. In the 86th minute, Cássio da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bazil Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Octavia getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bazil Aballe hit a great ball. With a little luck, Fala Sério FC's Rubens Arósio got control of the ball when Bazil Aballe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rubens Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bazil Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
