Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Placido Berenguer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Isauro Contero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Berenguer in the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Vende Humo booed when Ríver Late was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berto Aroztegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isauro Contero having to interfere. In the 15th minute Chesus Jusino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isauro Contero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Calvet in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Osoitz Baron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ríver Late's supporters rose to their feet, but Osoitz Baron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Hodei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After taking down the ball on Ríver Late's corner Osoitz Baron fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Camilo Hodei quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Ríver Late defense, Robustiano Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isauro Contero. The Ríver Late fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isauro Contero should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Vende Humo's Camilo Hodei got control of the ball when Chesus Jusino tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute Alvaro Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isauro Contero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isauro Contero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Nafarroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Placido Berenguer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Isauro Contero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osoitz Baron was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Ríver Late getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Chesus Jusino hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ríver Late's Chesus Jusino got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Vende Humo's Edelmiro Celio was substituted for Eugenio Calvet. The supporters of Vende Humo booed when Ríver Late was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chesus Jusino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isauro Contero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isauro Contero made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ismael Nafarroa sent off a good shot on target. After 68 played minutes Vende Humo got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Lluciano. After a rather tough play, Ríver Late's Valentim Udias got a free kick in the 71st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Ríver Late:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vende Humo:s goal. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Celio in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Ríver Late's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Esiquio came free, but Isauro Contero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Vende Humo's goal looked a bit too open when Chesus Jusino came free, but Camilo Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isauro Contero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Jusepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Vende Humo's Dionisio Jusepe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isauro Contero. That made the score 0-3 after 92 minutes of play. Vende Humo played a much better game than Ríver Late and deserved their victory. The Ríver Late players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
