Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lamine Yamal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nicolas Tagliafico charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Tagliafico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Tagliafico. Carolo Isidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Carmelo Brais hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes in the game, Lamine Yamal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 18th minute, Ciro Lando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC FUSION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ciro Lando managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Lando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 minutes of play, AFC FUSION's Ciro Lando made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elder Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Lorien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elder Lago having to make a save. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Carmelo Brais got a free kick in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the game, Zézinho de Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC FUSION the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zézinho de Salles to maneuver through the defense. Lamine Yamal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Elder Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sidnei Teixeira to make the kick off. A collision led to Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fernando Vinhas hit a great ball. When Valentin Manex came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Manex couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Tagliafico hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in AFC FUSION's zone, Gil Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Isidor came out of the goal and Gil Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elder Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Elder Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Lorien in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ramiro Arnalt hit a great ball. After 91 minutes, Fernando Vinhas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- and the AFC FUSION players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Fernando Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
